Black History Month – Role Model Hero
Lyca Amichia, Head of Human resources at Newable was chosen as a Role Model as part of Urban Synergy's Black History Month series.
The series was created because Urban Synergy knows and understands how important positive role models are to lift young people and allow them to dream big.
Having a variety of Role Models really exposes young people to the various career pathways available to them and how to access them.
