- MBO with the Founder(s) seeking to retire following transition of the day to day operations
- Current management team working successfully in the company for ideally >18 months
- Business valuation of £5m-£15m
- Sectors focus: Business Services, Manufacturing, Engineering and Technology.
- EBITDA in the range of £500k - £3.0m
- Recurring and stable revenue growth
- Location: UK
- Typically, we expect the management team to contribute financially to the transaction
