The impact of COVID-19 is having an effect on businesses all around the world, forcing companies of all sizes to adapt and evolve. However, some businesses became a necessity, due to the crisis, and Atom Learning is one of these fantastic success stories.
In 2019, although there was a lot of interest from both schools and parents for their services, it could be a slow process getting clients to sign on the dotted line. However, following the rise of online working and learning, driven by the pandemic, take up of both services has increased exponentially.
How we helped
Newable is a delivery partner for the Department for International Trade (DIT) in London and the South East and, in 2019, Atom were introduced to one of their International Trade Advisors, Qingling Guo, to assist them with their international strategy
Since then, Qingling has provided extensive support to help grow the company’s online exporting, via the Global Growth programme, and through ongoing support throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Working closely with Atom, Qingling offered advice on the company‘s international business strategy to help them identify the right key markets to focus on, and made introductions to DIT’s overseas business network. Assistance in London from Qingling and from the local DIT team has helped Atom to deliver on their ambitious international growth plan.
Qingling has been pivotal in keeping us up-to-date with government policy, and making vital introductions into other regions. She has provided expert advice on considerations of entering new markets. I hope that she will continue to be a part of our international growth going forwards, and I am hugely appreciative of her, and DIT’s, support to date.
